The Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (Cord) is still in discussion with the electoral commission over information that the agency is yet to provide.
However, lawyers for both teams have told the High Court progress has been made in supplying the documents that Cord requires for a presidential petition that it is filing at the Supreme Court.
"We are in discussion to resolve issues including information electronically displayed at Bomas, information relating to log files, contracts between Safaricom and other software providers and serial numbers and SIM card numbers of the phones," said Jotham Arwa, Cord's lawyer.
IEBC lawyer Nani Mungai told the court that the commission had uploaded Forms 34 on its website and anyone can access them.
He said the commission is committed to providing the information required.
