President Uhuru Kenyatta will address Parliament on Tuesday afternoon.
President Kenyatta will address the 67 senators and 349 MPs in the refurbished National Assembly chambers.
President Kenyatta will deliver a speech to the 11th Parliament outlining his legislative agenda for the two Houses.
The National Assembly and the Senate will then debate the speech for a maximum of four and three days respectively.
