The NCIC Chairman Mzalendo Kibunjia
The NCIC Chairman Mzalendo Kibunjia was today
recorded in a telephone conversation with blogger Robert Alai.
Unbelievably, in the conversation, Kibunjia confesses that there was no
rigging and Jubilee won the elections during voter registration.
Obviously he has taken sides. Do you think Kibunjia should resign?
